Rumors

Rumors of my demise are greatly exagerated!     I haven't dropped off the planet either. 

Since my last post I have married off my daughter and moved into my new apartment.  I used to post from work but they had to put a program on my work computer to keep a certain "Trojan Horse" from popping up.  In doing so, it also keeps me from being able to post from work or even to comment on anyone's blogs.  So from now on, I'll have to do anything on my blog from home in the evenings or weekends.

Calyn was a "flapper" during the day of Halloween and a "pirate" at night.  We bought her flapper outfit and then she started going around saying "arrgghh" and telling us she wanted to be a pirate.  She was so crazy.

Karen's wedding was lovely. A total of nine people counting the bride, groom, minister and Calyn.  I'll post pictures soon.

Last weekend when I moved we got it all in one trip then on Monday I went back and cleaned the old apartment.  I was exhausted.  I've boxes in my garage and I'm going through them and finding homes for things as I can.  Hopefully I will get a lot done this weekend.

I'm ready for cooler weather.  It started to get cool then the last few days we've gotten up into the 80's. Gee, welcome to Texas.

I had no trick or treaters, with the exception of Calyn.  I didn't think I would get any here as no one knows me.  Well, I'm gonna go drop in on some friends and leave comments.  Ciao for now.
