I had to call the cable company to come out because sometimes when I "DVR" a show it'll have this green interference on the recorded copy.  I didn't have a sample to show the guy, I had already watched that show & deleted it.  Also I'm supposed to be able to access the dvr settings from the internet and it won't let me, I get an error message.  So he's going to replace the dvr.  He disconnected the one I have and is supposed to put a new one in but he's been sitting out in his truck for almost an hour now.  What's up with that?

Meanwhile I'm just waiting.  He just came in and said they have to "bring down" the unit I have before they can hook up a new one.  It sure seems like this kind of stuff takes a lot longer than it used to years ago.  Oh well, the only thing I would have watched is Dancing with the Stars and I can watch it on the internet tomorrow.  But if I don't get it tonight I may not be able to record my "soap" tomorrow so I guess I'll just watch it at Karen's house.

I got enough stuff unpacked from the boxes in the garage that I was able to park my car in the garage the last couple of nights.  It's been a very long time since I've had a garage!

I think I will go read my book now.  Since I can't watch tv and I can't go to bed.
