Bad to the Bone

I have been sooooo bad!  I have type 2 diabetes and I have not been watching what I eat (actually I have to watch it to get it to my mouth ).  They did some blood work on Wednesday to see how I've been the last 3 months.  The nurse called and said the doctor wants me to come in to go over the lab work. 

 Nervous  Doctor He is so gonna jump all over me!.

I've been thinking for some time that I need to get back on the wagon and eat right and excersise.  Guess I'll hear all about it on Tuesday morning.

 No   I will so need all the "gumption" I can garner to get control over this area.
