Ethnic Food?

At Calyn's daycare tomorrow they are supposed to bring an "ethnic" food.  Huh?   Question Mark   I don't think Karen was going to do it, she told me 'hamburgers, that's American ethnic'.  I'm like, okay, what could we fix other than Mexican (there's a lot of that here).   Light Bulb   Then it hit me.  Well, not literally.  Meatballs and spaghetti sauce - Italian!  So after I picked up Calyn we went to Krogers and bought 2 bags of frozen meatballs and a jar of sauce.  They are baking in the oven as I type.  And we're having pasta with sauce for dinner.  She'll bring a baggie with the meatballs in it and an unopened jar of sauce.  They can heat it up.

Karen ends up working later since she's now on an ambulance.  She starts Paramedic school in March ( 10 months - 2 days a week ).

This Thursday she goes for another pap smear.  I don't know what they will do if it's abnormal again.  Then on Friday, Calyn goes back to the hospital for them to recheck her previous surgery, they have to 'put her under' in order to take a look.
